Chef Roger had a very lovely and ambitious menu. For the appetizers we made Curry Deviled Eggs, Crab Salad in Parmesan Cups and Brie and Fig Balsamico. For the main course we made Seared Salmon with Truffle Potatoes and Leek Cream Sauce and Asparagus. Desserts were Pate A Choux filled with Cream and chocolate-dipped strawberries as well as Oreo Chocolate Balls. It was all very delicious! @classpopeventsSydney ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Very good food. He’s very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very airy and humorous.
